Quality and Traceability

ALAPMET's control system covers raw-material acceptance, production stages, laboratory testing, batch records and finished-product release. Its purpose is to confirm the agreed characteristics and maintain a documented link between each batch, its analytical results and the relevant shipping documents.

Key Control Elements

• identification and recording of production batches;
• control of raw materials, intermediate materials and finished products;
• laboratory testing of applicable parameters;
• preparation of a Certificate of Analysis for the identified batch;
• retention and provision of applicable supporting documents;
• recording of agreed customer requirements.

Supply Documents

Depending on the product and delivery terms, the document package may include a Certificate of Analysis, SDS, packing list and Certificate of Origin. The document package is confirmed before shipment.

Certified Quality Management System

ALAPMET's quality management system is certified to AST ISO 9001-2016 within the scope stated in Certificate No. 002/QMS-2026. The certificate was issued on 4 September 2026 and is valid until 3 September 2029.
